Secespol Heat Exchangers

Counterflow units made of stainless steel used in both heating and cooling systems.
Non-removable parts. Ideal for steam or water heating systems. Helically corrugated tubes coiled in a spiral tube bundle. Vertical installation reduces space requirements.

You can install SECESPOL Heat Exchangers anywhere there is a requirement for an efficient heat tranfer.

Where Can The/ Be Installed
• Heating systems
• Chilled water systems
• Ground water systems
• Residential use

Advantages Of The SECESPOL Heat Exchangers
Low maintenance
Helically corrugated tubes cause turbulence which results in an increase in heat transfer efficiency and in reduction of scale buildup and fouling.

Compact size and light weight
Requires less installation space and low installation costs.

Flexibility of design
Wide range of types and configurations. Increased or decreased required capacity by adding or removing units.

Low cost of maintaining
Compact, lightweight, can be easily removed from piping systems and flushed if necessary.

High efficiency
Large number of tubes closely packed together increases heat transfer area. Unique shape provides high heat transfer coefficient.

Construction
SECESPOL Heat Exchangers of the types: JAD, JAD X, JAD K and JAD XK are counterflow units with high heat transfer rate.
Heat transfer area consists of spiral, helically corrugated or smooth tube bundles. Tube bundles are welded to tube sheets which are integrated to the nozzles through connections flanges.
Vessels are made of cylindrical shells which are enclosed by hemispherical heads on both ends of the heat exchanger. The nozzles are placed symmetrically on both heads.
