Construction
SECESPOL L type brazed plate heat exchangers are counterflow devices. Heat transfer area is created by thin corrugated stainless steel plates which are joined together into one pack using copper or nickel as the brazing material. Flows of fluids which transfer heat are directed into every second channel created by thermal plates.
All parts of heat exchangers are made of stainless steel material. The leak tightness of plates assure a special manufacturing process in vacuum furnace.
Flow Channel Diagram in Heat Exchanger:
one-pass - channels are parallel
multi-pass - systems of channels is divided into groups which are connected in series.
By changing number of plates and channel diagrams we can custom design heat exchangers for individual needs of the customers.
